Project & Delivery Manager Wanted – Imalipay is looking for a Project & Delivery Manager to help in planning and delivery of solutions to providing financial services to Gig Workers in Africa. You will be a part of a cross functional team that’s responsible for the end to end delivery of solutions .
Requirements : 3+ years of experience,
Location : Kenya, South Africa and Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Guide new ideas through the ideation and design process to ensure they are sufficiently defined to address ImaliPay’s strategic goals
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Technology and Customer Success teams to capture requirements and understand the scope of projects
- Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
- Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members from different departments
- Collaborate with founders, operation heads and department heads in setting timelines for deliverables
- Provision of regular updates on key results and areas of concern
- Contribute to company growth by ensuring assigned projects are managed well, seen positively by clients for consideration in future business development
- Perform other work-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in software project management for a minimum of two years
- Experience in Agile Project Management Methodology
- Excellent project planning skills using various visualization tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering
